The Estate Slide AC is a high power AC power meant for residential use. It should be used on driveway gates in residential settings constructed of aluminum, steel, wrought iron, wood, or chain link. The Estate Slide AC use 220AC power to give constant duty cycleage. Featuring one of the largest motors on the market, the Estate Slide AC is recommended for up to 30 cycles per hour. Despite the large motor, the Estate Slide has a sleek, economically designed frame. Most gate openers of this magnitude have expanded housing to give an illusion of greater power; the Estate Slide AC is real power. The Estate Slide features magnetic limit switching. As part of one of GateCrafters.com's constant quality checks and knowledge updates. I personally go to Italy annually to visit the factories in which Estate Swing products are made. One of my goals is to see what exactly is being done to meet the high standards of the ISO 9000 ratings. What I have found is every part that is assembled is put through a computer-guided test. Some tests for example are to be sure the electrical side of the part has the correct amount of resistance; another to test the motion vibrations of moving parts, a third is the overall longevity of the part. The computer then rejects or accepts the part. Another test done at the factory is running samples of the openers at 50% duty cycle for the entire life of the warranty at its rated capacities to ensure reliability.
