You will not need an accessory to do this. All gate openers have an auto-reclose feature built in to them. This feature allows the gate to be opened via entry remote or accessory. Once the gate opens to the full open position an adjustable countdown timer built into the control board counts down and then the gate closes. This feature can always be turned and the gate will stay open until it is signaled to close again from an accessory - much like a garage door opener.
