However you can purchase a GTO receiver and wire that into any gate opener: http://www.gatecrafters.com/product_detail_7302.aspx If you do add on the GTO receiver this will not limit your usage of the remotes from the new brand of gate opener. As long as the original receiver of the gate opener is still installed as well both remotes will work.
