This usually happens when you submited your order more than once. For example, some customers closed the browser window after they submited the form and before the transaction is finished. If so, the credit card may have been charged. If customer submits another order, it is treated like a seperate order. Therefore, you will see two charges on your credit card. Let us know if you find your are double charged. We will refund or void the duplicated charge.
