The Liftmaster / Chamberlain LA-412 Dual Gate Opener is a low voltage system, eliminating the need to run expensive 110 volt AC power wire to your gate. The solar panel (10 Watt Panel included) charges the battery, so there is no reason to run wire to any other power source. Furthermore, the LA-412 meets the high safety standards of UL 325 listing for a reliable, safe gate opening device.

There are four options:
w/ liftmaster remotes: comes with 315Mhz frequency and the standard control box.
w/ 318MHz packages: comes with 318Mhz frequency and the standard control box.
w/ liftmaster remotes + large control box: comes with 315Mhz frequency and the larger, upgraded control box. (Please note the larger box is to store a larger battery - batteries are not included with the larger box)

Attention: LiftMaster Gate Openers do not come with any remotes from the factory or most other retailers. We give you the option of 2) FREE Lift Master remotes to work with the built in receiver or opting for the 318 MHz package. With the 318 MHz package, accessory compatibility is addressed. The receiver that is built into the LiftMaster is not set to the same frequency that has become the standard in the gate automation industry, 318 MHz. GateCrafters.com recognizes this and give the option for each of our LiftMaster gate openers to be provided with a receiver and 2 remotes, a $75 value, FREE as an option. Your existing LiftMaster remotes will all still be compatible with your LiftMaster gate opener, but you will also now have:

• Compatibility with the GTO/PRO or GateCrafters Stainless Steel wireless keypad
• Compatibility with the GTO/PRO wireless exit wand
• Compatibility with the GTO/PRO wireless intercom
• Compatibility with the Apollo wireless push button

The following tools and supplies are suggested in the manufacturer manual for optimal installation. They are not provided by GateCrafters, however, most tools are available at local hardware stores for purchase or rental.
