The gate was quite easy to install. We simply read the directions, gathered the necessary supplies, installed the posts (let them set up for a day or so) and put up the gate in less than an hour. I was impressed with how clear the directions were.

Just finished installing the opener today. Both the gate install and opener install were straight forward. I did not run into any problems… I followed the instructions that you guys provided and within only a couple of hours, my new gate was hung perfectly straight. The opener install was also fairly simple as the instructions that came with the GTO 2502 were very good and easy to follow. Even though I'm fairly experienced in home improvement, it was my first gate and gate opener install and it was relatively simple. I think that just about anybody can do it!

…I am very impressed with the quality of the product, and how all the accessories were fairly easy to hookup and worked as advertised. I did it all myself, with absolutely no help with any portion of it… This type of project is for a serious DIY person, but can be done by most anyone with the tools and some mechanical skill I think.

September 11, 2007 Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, Like most people, I have to deal with a wide variety of service providers and suppliers in my day to day life. I am currently fixing up an older home, so I have the opportunity to work with quite a few more than the average number of these folks.
I tend not to waste my time writing letters about substandard service. It only serves to disappoint me further and rarely, if ever, results in anything I would call closure. I do, however, love to write letters when I am very satisfied with the outcome of my relationship with a business. That’s why I am writing today.
I know almost nothing about gates and even less about automatic gate openers. Your website gave the opportunity to review the entire specs and installation materials upfront and to make sure it was exactly what I needed. Any additional questions I had were quickly answered by a brief phone call to Matt at your offices. This is a man you should strive to hold onto. He was able to discuss some technical questions with me without me feeling overwhelmed or silly for asking. Thank you, Matt.
