All Cartell products are covered by a
3 Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship through the manufacturer (Cartell). This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Acts of God (lightning, flooding, etc.)
- Improper installation or misuse
- Fire damage or electrical surges
- System integration failures

- Damaged or improperly spliced cables
- Failure to run cable through non-metallic conduit
